What if a customer wants me?
She puts urgent calls straight through, or texts you at once.
Does she find me work?
No. She makes sure you win the work that’s already ringing.
Does she give out prices?
Never. She tells them you’ll quote once you’ve had a look, and writes down what they’re after. If they only want a ballpark, they go on the time waster pile with the reason.
What will she work?
Every call and message that comes in: phone calls, voicemails, website forms, Checkatrade, MyBuilder, Bark, Rated People, Facebook and Google. Lead sites and website forms get forwarded to her, and she rings them back within 60 seconds.
Getting started
What happens after the demo call?
We check your town is still free for your trade. Then Jamie sets her up with you on one 15-minute call, she rings you as a customer so you can try to catch her out, and nothing goes live until you’re happy.
Do I have to change my number?
No. Your missed calls divert to her, so your number stays the same.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. We set her up on one 15-minute call while you’re on the phone. If you can send a text, you can run Wendy.
I’m already on Checkatrade. Do I need to leave?
No. Keep it. She just rings those jobs back in 60 seconds, before the other trades do.
How do I talk to her?
On WhatsApp, like you’d text the office. Ask her what’s tomorrow, tell her you’re off Friday, ask her to move Mrs Jones to Tuesday. A list arrives every morning at 7.
Can I see what she’s done?
Yes. Everything’s in the book: every customer, your diary, and every call and text. But you never have to log in. Just text her.
Price and the promise
How much is she?
£99 a month. It never goes up. No tiers, no upgrades, no surprise bills.
Is my price £99 for life?
Yes, for as long as you stay. Your price never goes up.
Do you take a cut of my jobs?
No. £99 a month and that’s it. No commission and no charge per job.
How does the 3 Jobs Promise work?
If she hasn’t booked you 3 jobs in the 30 days after she goes live, you get your £99 back, and you keep every job she booked. The 30 days start when she goes live, not when you pay.
What counts as a booked job?
A customer booked into your diary for a date and time, for work you do. You can see every one in the book.
Is there a free trial?
No. You hear her first on the demo call, nothing goes live until you’re happy, and the 3 Jobs Promise covers your first month.
Is there a catch?
One trade per town. Once a plumber in your town has her, she’s taken for plumbers there. We check straight after your demo call.
What if I want to stop?
Text her. No contract, no notice period.
Your customers and your data
Who owns my customers?
You do. She keeps them in the book for you. We never sell them, and we never pass them to another trade.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, so she can write down what was said and you can check it in the book if you ever need to. Our privacy notice says how long we keep them.
